This is the Arctic Toob Mini Figures Set that is made by the nice folks over at Safari. Safari is well known for making figures that are related to realism and the natural world around us.

The Arctic Mini Figures Set is lead free and contains 10 figures. They're hand painted and are each roughly 1 1/2 to 2 inches in length. Super cool. 

The figures are: Harp seal, husky, caribou, Arctic rabbit, killer whale, walrus, Arctic fox, beluga whale, polar bear, and an igloo

A neat set of miniature figures. Good price too.
